Busy, busy, days here with the Jensen Hus Design Build team! We start in Weston, then head to Waltham for our little flip project. An 1800 square foot 3-bedroom ranch. We introduce Sandy Siciliano our broker who gives us our target selling price! Then we break out the demo tools as the boys rip out cabinets, bathrooms, walls and ceilings. Dave returns back to work after stumbling on a ground wasp nest a few days before. We discover Chris’ power fuel of Vlasic pickle sunflower seeds and Dave gives us a little lesson of what every kitchen in Kenya must have. Nate gets his hands dirty for 5 minutes as he tears into the old 2 coat plaster from the 1950’s. We also discover some tile that we hope is NOT asbestos! Plus, see how Nate tests a plug to make sure it is shut down and what is that bearing wall actually bearing?????
